Thanks to the Lorain Police, who block off Braodway so that graduates and their families can gather for photos after the ceremony.
Clearview and Brookside present slideshows before or during the ceremony to show the growth of the graduates.

New stairs on the front of the stage THANKS TO LORAIN COUNTY JVS.-John Handyside
By the way, the Lorain County JVS has their senior recognition here at the theater, and we're very glad to have them. If you're not familiar with the Lorain County JVS, check them out! They're great!

First, we at the Lorain Palace Theater would like to thank the City of Lorain Community Development Dept. and the state of Ohio, Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission for helping us get **grants** for the refurbishing of the front of the building. Second, we wouldl ike to thank Gary Fisher, from Arkinetics, for volunteering his time and expertise. Our goal is to return to the original look of the Palace Theater in 1928, including the marquee with a small blade. But, for now, the focus is on the front of the building, also known as the facade.
Joe Leuzzi, the Palace Theater's head of maintenance and jack-of-all-trades, uncovers a beautiful white wall, behind the current brown one.
A fellow worker removes grout in the original wall, so that new grouting can be done.
